ABOUT ME

Erin currently serves as a Lead Product Designer for Carmax, the nation’s largest retailer of used cars with more than 200 stores nationwide. Based in Richmond, VA, Carmax customers have the ability to buy cars completely on their terms, whether that’s online, in the store, or using a seamless combination of both.

Prior to Carmax, Erin led product design efforts for brands such as Snagajob, Capital One, Dominion Energy, Swedish Match, Barnes & Noble College Booksellers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (see full client list below). She is a graduate of the Communication Arts & Design Program at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she also taught several courses as an adjunct faculty member.

Erin has served as an educator, board member and volunteered for numerous organizations such as the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Virginia Commonwealth University, James Madison University, FeedMore, Freedom House of Greater Richmond, Junior Achievements and Girl Scouts of the USA.
