This exploratory project was created for a leading Fortune 200 financial services client 

that wanted to build a custom tool to support and manage their human resources skills requirements, as well as replace a third-party vendor tool.

This proposed UI would serve both individual employees and the organization as a whole, by providing a platform that encourages employee growth and development, supporting evaluation and performance management conversations and insights, helping to remove bias in the evaluation of employees, and preparing the organization for innovation and growth through the acquisition of valuable skills.
