The Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT), in partnership with Amtrak, wanted to create a special promotion aimed at in-coming college freshmen and their parents during the back-to-school travel months throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
This unique fold-out, illustrated poster offered fun college survival tips for both parents and students, as well as a dorm room mini-fridge magnet with a discount code for booking Amtrak fares in advance.
